The
Pen Centre provides a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
We maintain a fulltime Security Department, 24 hours a day, 365
days a year. Uniformed, licensed and radio equipped officers
are there for your assistance and can be contacted through Customer
Service in the New Bay Court. All services provided are free
of charge including |

sudden illnesses or injuries including the administration of first
aid, CPR and automated external defibrillator |

Mall
Rules and Regulations:
In order to provide for an enjoyable, safe environment for all,
the security department enforces the following mall rules and regulations: |

No smoking within
the mall. |
| 2. |
No Loitering (which includes
sitting in the Food Court/cinemas for extended periods of time
with no food or drink or movie tickets) |
| 3. |
Any behaviour which may interfere
with the enjoyment of the facilities for other patrons and tenants
(i.e.: running, horseplay, fighting, using profanities, skateboarding,
rollerblading, or unsafe bicycle operation) |
| 4. |
Distribution of flyers or
other literature, or solicitation of products or services without
written permission of Mall Management |
| 5. |
Congregating in large groups
so as to interfere with mall traffic |
| 6. |
Using mall property such
as tables, chairs, trash containers, etc. for other than their
intended use |
| 7. |
Playing of radios or other
audio devices without prior authorization from Mall Management |
| 8. |
Wearing of gang colours or
paraphernalia; including bandanas, and wearing of inappropriate
clothing or slogans |
| 9. |
Taking of photographs or
videotaping without permission from Mall Management |
| 10. |
Being in restricted areas
of the mall (i.e.: back corridors) without prior permission from
Mall Management |
| 11. |
Leaving vehicles overnight
without permission of Management or Security |
| 12. |
Any act that violates Municipal,
Provincial, or Federal Laws |
