Michael Hill Jewellers is a retail jewellery chain with 203 stores between Australia, New Zealand and Canada. As well as catering to the middle section of the jewellery market, they also specialize in higher priced diamond jewellery. The Company had its origins in 1979 when Michael Hill opened the first store in the New Zealand town of Whangarei, some 160 kilometres north of Auckland.

Sterling Shoes offers a broad selection of brand name shoes and accessories. Founded in 1987, they operate over 100 stores across Canada. They cater to women 15 years and older by offering fashion and comfort styles at mid-range prices.
